* all compositions must have a TITLE
* computer generated compositions must have original in child’s hand-writing attached
* child must print their own name on composition
* each composition must have teacher’s name, province/state, and MYC level
* compositions are due by class #22 (and are submitted to the festival on Saturday, February 28th at the latest). If you can get your compositions in sooner, so much the better.
* All MYC students, including those in the adult program are eligible, and strongly encouraged, to participate.
* Each student may enter only one composition. Each composition must have the student’s name, level, teacher’s name and province/state and country. Please make sure that names can be easily read and are spelled correctly.
* There are 2 options for your entry: Competitive and Non-competitive. All entries will receive a huge sticker, but only competitive entries are judged. Competitive entries are $1, and the international winner in each level receives $250. Non-competitive entries are free.
