Rhythm Festival

It’s time for the kids to share their wonderful music with their peers. I always get such great feedback from this opportunity. This year we have a super special adjudicator Leo Brooks! Rhythm Festival When: Saturday Nov. 25th, 2017. Where: Bridge Street Church, behind Canadian Tire https://goo.gl/maps/WFlmn Time: 10:15am for Sunbeam 1 students 12:45 pm for Sunbeam 2 and for Moonbeams 2 3:00 pm for Moonbeams 3 You will only need to give an hour of your time, so it is as long as a class. Thanksgiving

Loving Teaching – feeling blessed

September is tough on teachers (and kids, and parents),  I especially find that with all the extra administrative tasks this month.  Sometimes I’m up until midnight working, or waking up at 5:00 am to get something done before work. But you know what?! I LOVE TEACHING!  And the students I have this year are amazing! I got this super gift from my Moonbeams 2 student Lily, on the weekend.  She was inspired by our lesson last week and learning about stem directions.  She has a lot of info in here – Thanks so much Lily!:
